Roberta Gilardi founded G2 Startups, where she acts as CEO. As an expert in Innovation and Strategic Marketing, she works as Business Coach and lecturer for specialised courses (Innovation Management, Marketing, and Business). She has more than 25 years of consulting experience in the areas of Industry and Services, both in Italy and abroad. From 2008 to 2012, she was a member of the Board of Directors of Assintel. At G2, she is mainly responsible for developing and managing the ‘Innovation as a Service’ offering and Open Innovation, especially for the healthcare industry. Roberta is a MISE-certified Innovation Manager. She is responsible for designing and managing Call4Innovation projects and developing incubator and accelerator programmes that G2 creates for enterprises. She also deals with enterprise ecosystem integration processes to develop new products and services (i.e., product service system design) and with digitalisation and digital transformation processes to support innovation. Her experience is chiefly focused on the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, MedTech, and retail industries.
