On 27th January 2017, Action Network’s 16th Kick-Off Meeting was held in Milan’s new exhibition centre: as usual, it focused on reviewing the results of the recently closed fiscal year and outlining guidelines for the short and middle term.
In addition to a great number of collaborators and the most relevant third-party business partners, the KOM was attended by almost all Members of the group companies, who currently account for more than 30% of the whole staff of active professionals. Thanks to this detail, which is unique in Italy and Switzerland for companies of ANW’s size and business industry, clients can always rely on a company governance representative in their dedicated project team, ensuring the highest possible commitment to achieving their management and organisational goals.
At the end of the event, after the news and goals for the new fiscal year were introduced, President A. Raffaele Cielo reported on the results of the financial year 2016. Here are the most significant figures:
- EUR 12.1 million in revenues
- 132.7 FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) employees
- 5.3% year-on-year revenue increase
- 31% revenue increase in the last three years
In terms of Strategic Business Areas, EXTENDED ERP reported a EUR 7.3 million turnover, which accounts for 60% of the total. The WEB & TECHNOLOGY and BUSINESS CONSULTING & EDUCATION Strategic Business Areas follow with EUR 2.7 million (23%) and EUR 2.1 million (18%), respectively.
