On 24th January 2020, Action’s 19th Kick-Off Meeting was held in Reggio Emilia: as usual, it focused on reviewing the results of the recently closed fiscal year, outlining guidelines for the future, and delving into the most significant and current themes in terms of market and offering.
The event gathered a great number of Senior Consultants, Managers, and Active Partners, as well as the most important business partners, first of all, MICROSOFT.
In his annual report about the ‘state of the network’, President A. Raffaele Cielo highlighted the key figures of the fiscal year 2019, which has just ended:
• EUR 17.4 million in revenues
• 185.5 FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) employees
• 11% year-on-year revenue increase (+52% on a three-year basis)
• 11% human resource growth
In terms of Strategic Business Areas, EXTENDED ERP reported a EUR 12.3 million turnover, which accounts for 71% of the total. The TECHNOLOGY and BUSINESS CONSULTING & EDUCATION Strategic Business Areas follow with EUR 2.9 million (17%) and EUR 2.2 million (12%), respectively.
‘Since the Network foundation in 2002, there has not been a year when the turnover has not grown’, stated a radiant Raffaele Cielo, a little moved. ‘This can only mean one thing: reliability and professional ethics always pay off in the long term.’
