Last weekend, the 20th edition of Action’s K.O.M was held in Florence, in an original and appealing venue in the old town: this annual meeting focuses on the assessment of the results achieved in the recently closed calendar year and on sharing business goals, especially in terms of offering development for Italian and Suisse middle-sized companies.
Actually, Action was established 22 years ago, but the pandemic resulted in the cancellation of the in-person meeting in 2021 and 2022, and the twentieth-anniversary celebration was thus postponed.
The financial results of the 2020-2022 three-year period were particularly satisfying with a 33% increase in total revenues and an 18% increase in FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) staff, with a subsequent significant improvement in per-capita turnover.
A true ‘leap’ forward was registered in the TECHNOLOGY Strategic Area, which got really close to the ‘traditional’ EXTENDED ERP Area. However, the BUSINESS CONSULTING & EDUCATION Area showed significant growth, too.
