Valentina Cielo is the Sales Director of ACTION NETWORK SA, where she is also a Partner, and the CEO of BT SISTEMI SRL. She was born in 1992, attained a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Communication from Università Statale of Milan, and lives in the area of Como. She started her career in the Finance & Controlling area while attending university (2015-2018). Later, she moved to a ‘front-office’ role as Account Manager for ACTION clients in northern Italy and Italian-speaking Switzerland (2018-2022). Since September 2022, she has been acting as Sales Director and participating in the governance of two Action Network companies. More specifically, she deals with business development and coordination between operations and pre-sales for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 technological platform.
