Raffaele Cielo is the President and founder of ACTION NETWORK, the General Manager of ACTION SA, and a Partner in several companies. He was born in 1958 and graduated in Business Economics specialising in organisation from Bocconi University. He lives in the area of Como. After working for 8 years in industrial companies – where he acted in his capacity both as a professional and as a manager in the areas of organisation, management control, and systems – since 1988, he has been pursuing his vocation as a consultant and entrepreneur, at first as a freelancer, then as a partner in companies operating in the Business & Information Consulting industry. He has always wanted to combine his management activity with his professional passion for Business Consulting, with a special focus on Planning & Control processes and systems for medium-sized enterprises – a field where he boasts more than 300 experiences in virtually all industry types.
